You can book a Globe Taxis taxi in three ways:

How far in advance can I book?+
You can book up to 3 months in advance through our online portal. For same-day bookings, please call 01525 455 455 directly — we accept same-day requests subject to driver availability. For airport transfers, we strongly recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead.
Do you operate 24 hours a day?+

Do you use a meter or fixed fares?+
Globe Taxis uses fixed fares for all pre-booked journeys — not a running meter. You know the full price before you travel, with no hidden charges, no surcharges for traffic, and no surprises. The fare you are quoted is the fare you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept card payments in all vehicles (credit and debit cards). We also accept cash. For corporate accounts, invoiced billing is available. Online bookings can be paid via card through our booking portal. You do not need to carry cash if you prefer to pay by card.
Is there a minimum fare?+
Our local taxi service starts from £5 for short rides within Leighton Buzzard. Long distance journeys are priced from £1.80 per mile. Yes. Discounts are available for return journeys booked together. Please ask when booking your outbound journey and our team will provide a combined fare. Regular customers and corporate account holders also benefit from preferential pricing.
