Most recently, I had a ride with Jaz, who went above and beyond to make sure I got to an event comfortably and on time, even during heavy traffic. The cars are consistently clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciate the text/app updates and booking confirmations — they make the whole process stress-free. It is so improved with text reminder, track the driver etc. The car looked good and was nice and clean — you can't find this in other taxi companies often. The driver JAZ was so good and nice, he came before the scheduled time and patiently waited for us to come. I wanted to make sure the driver comes on time as often when I used different companies they come late — it's not good especially when you rush for a flight. But no problem at all with Globe Taxis.”
